She's the one that gelded my horse! I'm hoping she's right too though. I don't know how many cows she actually treats, around here a lot of farmers wouldn't have wasted money on the vet.

It's just mushrooms sautéed in the pan drippings after I made steak.
I made supper last night and was cleaning up afterwards when I discovered the rinsed mushrooms still sitting in the sink!
So I turned them into an after supper snack.

A fail to plan is a plan to fail. I feel like I should get this tattooed on myself or something because I really need to learn this lesson
Anyway, in my mud room I have a few bags of spring bulbs that I was supposed to plant in the fall so that I would have flowers coming up. I neglected to plan to do that and now I have a lot of bulbs sprouting indoors. This is a pan of hyacinths. I would love to plant them over Napoleon's grave but I'm unsure when to do so because I don't want to shock them.
