Is this split wing?

Does this silkie pullet have split wing?

Seems ambiguous, but I’d lean towards no? Split wing is defined as having zero feathers in that area, even growing feathers. When a bird has lost the feather there, and is regrowing it, it looks a lot like split wing. I’ve mislabeled a few birds of my own as split-winged, only for them to later regrow that feather, and I realize they didn’t have split wing. There does appear to be a small feather growing in the gap, so I’d guess it’s not split wing.
 
Thank you for the replies! I would really like to show this pullet, so I wanted to make sure she wouldn't immediately be disqualified.
