Is this angel wing?.. help!

I read that chickens can occasionally get angel wing like waterfowl... well recently my Golden Comet's feathers started to stick out funny (none of my other goldens have wings like this). The feathers CAN be put back in place momentarily, but as soon as she moves her wings they pop out again immediately.

I took a bunch of pictures- please let me know what you think ASAP? I would like to try and fix it if it is indeed angel wing.

Looked worse this morning so we wrapped it.. after some trial and error. Hoping the chickens leave it alone.. she keeps trying to clean it! Taking away the silkie chicks' food too once this food thing runs out because of the high protein levels (which we were giving because the food my mom bought was vegetarian and I wanted them to have animal protein).
