Insects all over hen's body

Hello everyone
My hen's whole body is filled with too much of these insects
This photo is from neck region
What can I do to get rid of these
I found that DE can be a option so I looked for it in my area but didn't found it
Any organic or easy way to get rid of these ??

do a diatamatious earth dust bath, and many of those will die. she has mites.

That appears to be lice. All chickens in the same area may have those. Permethrin or pyrethin will kill them. Treatment should be repeated in 10 days, and then check for more 10 days later, since the permethrin does not kill the eggs. All bedding must be removed and replaced. DE will not treat such a bad outbreak, so save your money. This article has much information:

I found permethrin in cream form. Should I get that ?? How should I apply? Does it have any side effect?
