Incubator fluctuates a little bit, worried if there is any issues

My homemade incubator fluctuates a little bit during the day and night, often its around 37.7c and it fluctuates throughout the day from 37.7c to the highest which is 38.7c going up and down throughout the day within this range. I'm worried if this will cause any issues for the chicks? I'm only on day 2 today.

You should be fine. You do have at least two calibrated thermometers in there, right?
