I LUV these little creatures... Yes I am aware of the potential dangers to chicken flocks. That is why I secure my coop. Just like all other living things,,, they do need to eat.

I recently finally finished knitting myself a pair of pants to lounge around the house in and wear outside when shoveling snow. I wasn't sure they'd be warm (they're not wool cause it's itchy) but it's 17F outside and they were. I didn't have a pattern, just pictures of similar online and lots of time. It took a while cause have some arthritis, it can be slow going. I just kept measuring and trying them on till I got it right. Did in all one piece, no seams. They're super comfy too.
