I remember when a LOT of stuff came in glass bottles. Ketchup, mustard, mayo (and its non-friend, M-whip) instant coffee...

I still have a glass Taster's Choice jar in the cupboard for collecting pennies.

I remember when they changed the mayo jars so the canning rings wouldn't work on them to prevent people from using the empties for home canning.

They claimed it was a liability issue.

I had one of those old glass coffee jars full of mercury for a long time.

I still like those colors

I kinda do, too, I like all earth tones, but blues are my fav. I like rust but more along the lines of terrecotta. I even like avocado. Just not a fan of the mustard color, probably cuz it reminds me of cecal poo now

I remember when there were only 3 channels on TV….NBC CBS and ABC. They would each “sign off” every night by playing the national anthem. I guess that’s how I knew it was time to go to bed LOL.
