I remember how much fun we had in Driver's ED. Not. Not a single class day were we taught how to speed shift a 4 on the column.

And the see saws....I remember swinging on a maypole, climbing all over a 10 foot tall jungle gym, and getting burns from sliding down a 12 foot metal slide. All during recess in elementary school. And the merry-go-round, can't forget that one.
Oh how many splinters I got from those wooden see sawsAnd the see saws....
Remember how tall the swings were? I remember the boys would climb to the top and walk across the bar. I never had the nerve to try that. And the see saws....
I thought I was going to die in Driver's ED, seated behind the driver, who was told to pass a big rig on a one lane one way and the other lane the other way. She pulled out and there was another truck headed straight for our VW Beetle. Thank God the instructor leaned over and yanked the car back into our lane. Hey, I learned to drive standard. I taught my son and DD to drive standard.I remember how much fun we had in Driver's ED. Not. Not a single class day were we taught how to speed shift a 4 on the column.
We didn't have boys at my school. So I missed all that good stuff.Remember how tall the swings were? I remember the boys would climb to the top and walk across the bar. I never had the nerve to try that.
That's what I learned on, so when I had to drive mom's car for the driver's test, I failed the first one as I hit the brake thinking it was the clutch.I remember how much fun we had in Driver's ED. Not. Not a single class day were we taught how to speed shift a 4 on the column.
