I think this is a Barred Rock but i would like a second opinion.

If you got her from a hatchery as a barred Rock, it's safe to presume that's what she is even if she deviates from standard. If you got her from a farmer with a bunch of different chickens running around, I'd presume she's half barred Rock. If you bought eggs on eBay, you won't know what her genes are without breeding her. Some seller might be working on blue barred or they might have a fence hopping rooster...

Looks to me like a Barred Rock hen who has been laying awhile, hence bleached out legs.
