hurt baby chick

I have a baby chick who cut open her foot 4 days ago. we’ve applied an anti inflammatory and anti bacteria chicken spray on it the last 4 days and have had it wrapped. i took off the bandage today to let the cut air out. i’m not sure if i should take her to the local vet or not.
