Step one - Select Insert Table

Step 2 - Choose your table. You can do a 10 x 10 table, but I don't recommend anything larger than 4 or 5 wide because it's kind of difficult to view, especially on phones.

Step 3
Insert your pictures and/or text.

Then if you want to make your Table have a fancy-looking header, go into the BB code editor.

Great question! No, you can make the table, then upload. You can also do this:

You could also put videos in tables, though I'm not sure that's a good idea..
