How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I only had 2 yesterday from my big girls of 20.
Our normal fall weather is back maybe the 7 that have will every day.

I had 9 earlier. Coco may have laid after I quit going to check, she was in the nest box most of the afternoon. She is practicing how to be broody.

4 today from the big girls one as I closed, with 2 banty eggs.

Finally, after 23 weeks 5 days (But who's counting?) the girls have blessed me with 3 eggs! I guess the recipe for chicken soup that I posted in their coop had an impact.

4 this morning. From 3 layers.

One goes back into the nest box after *an hour* or so and sits until she's laid her second egg. The first time she did it, it had no shell (and I was envisioning another vet trip ), but since then shes popped out two perfectly formed eggs each day.
