A new neighbor bought 5 dozen off me today. I gave 3 dozen away.... What to do with the 26 dozen I have left.

5 eggs today. A new colored egg appeared today, kind of pinkish. My new laying Lavender Orpington has been pretty consistant with her small tanish eggs. If there were two tiny eggs, I would know for sure that my youngest pullet is laying. I will have to keep my eyes open.

My two barred rocks lay what looks like pink eggs but if you wash them they are brown.... heavy bloom makes it look pinkish.

13/15 but one was pecked open three RIR in the same nest fighting over who was going to sit on the eggs. Cracked it open infront of me too. I threw them all outside lol. They did it yesterday also but not while I was in the coop.
