HOW LONG CAN YOU STORE EGGS BEFORE NEEDING TO BE PUT IN THE INCUBATOR?

I've been wanting to collect a week's worth of eggs and put them in the incubator all at the same time so my chicks will be hatching around the same time. Unfortunately, that means some eggs will be stored for about seven days before being put in the incubator. How long can eggs be stored before being put in the incubator and still be viable? TIA

I think the actual max is around 10 days but after 7 you start to loose viability.
