1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I first got chickens when i bought my 23 acre farm
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
40?
(3) What breeds do you have?
more breeds than i can count, my favorite are my silkies , and polish.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
being outside and close to animals
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
gardening, and art! i also love music, and traveling to music festivals.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I also raise ducks, have house ducks that live inside with me, guinea hens, peacocks, goats, cats, pigs, geese, horses. hoping to get cattle soon!
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
just google searches online
anyone in my area, id love to get in touch. i also have alot of different livestock available, especially ducks. i also raise organic pork.
Looking for another horse to rescue as well, swans, exc.
