Something caused it to burst. very likely she has an infection of some sort.

She had a sour crop

@Michelle Papp, this doesn't look like the crop (red arrow). Tell me what's under the blue arrow. Is that her keel (breastbone)?

Is this glue?

please get her on some medication from the vet for pain, this looks like the whole thing is very painful for her. I hope she recovers

I had one of my chickens crop burst. I cleaned and glued it together. She’s drinking water and had scrambled eggs this morning, but she smells bad like she has an infection. What can I give her?

Could it be like an abscess rather than her crop?
