Help! Bowed leg turkey

I just recently bought 2 narragansett Turkey chicks and this morning I went to check on them and I noticed that one of them had its leg really bowed in. I tried to make a splint but it didnt work right, so now I am here hopelessly wondering what I can do for my poor lil guy. He eats and drinks fine. And i also noticed that where his leg bends, it's more swollen on his bowed leg.

Unfortunately, I think you are dealing with a leg bone deformity—valgus deformity. If both legs are affected, then you may see a knock-kneed appearance, but your poult just has it on the left leg. Varus is the opposite deformity, and having it on both legs makes the legs look bow-legged. There is no treatment. Some chicks or poults may get around well enough, and some may eventually have hock tendons that rupture, making them lame. Here is some reading:
