Hatching turkeys

I have successfully hatched many chickens but both times I tried to hatch turkey eggs they failed. Any advice? They seem to be very sensitive.

Turkey's are alot more delicate.
Where are you getting eggs and have you checked for fertility?
Have you candled your eggs? I like to candle twice with them, one at about 10 days then the week of hatch. I get a lot of eggs that just don't start and 1 in 10 or so that develop and don't ever make it out of the egg. I only ever expect 2/3 to hatch.
They also seem to hatch better at slightly lower humidity thank chicks.
