They will be going to friend - she just wanted me to hatch them for her and I wanted to make a fun event!!

They get a separate area for grow out then I decide who I'm keeping and sell the rest.

I think you are miss understanding hatch alongs. You pick an egg and hear some updates on how it is growing inside the egg and see what the chick looks like when it hatches! You don't keep the chicks - these chicks are going to a friend that is starting her own flock!
