Granny's gone and done it again

I never heard of Dark Cornish. Where did you get them? At what age do you harvest? Do they taste better than the white Cornish?

In the 60's we could buy White Cornish but no more. The big boys have a firm grip on White Cornish for factory farmers. I am going to try and breed back to the White Cornish. I think there is away as all the colors have common genes.

Pure Cornish are processed at a slightly older age than Rocks or Reds as they are slower to mature. The slower maturity is from the Aseel genes used in their development.
