Goslings pecking each other.

I have moved my gaggle to a very large secured pen which is attached to housing at night. I am working six days a week, and I'd like to introduce them to grazing...currently cutting grass for them. We have a fox problem, so I don't dare turn them out unless I am home with them. My concern is whether I should start by taking just a couple of them out, so I can handle them easily to get them back to their pen, or attempt to let them all out. My three boys are very attached, and they follow me in the pen, but the sweet girls often shy away. Any suggestions?

The green fence posts with temp fencing go up easily and you can control their movement. If you check your Craig's list often you can find dog kennels (6x10 or 6x12) fairly cheap and can create areas for them to be in.
