You should really title it different, since when you say a "new way of butchering", what naturally comes to people's mind is a replacement of the decapitation butchering method. My first impression at the title was "wow, cool, maybe a cool idea that is more humane, like involving anesthesia or something"... then once I started reading it, it turned into a completely different taste. Until I read your explanation.

Humm, I don't think I want to watch it. Quail are so small to begin with, seems a shame to waste the legs.
