I found a list in this article, however it says "some of the medications". https://nwdistrict.ifas.ufl.edu/pha...otics-will-require-prescription-in-june-2023/I was unable to find a list of the affected meds by NAME.
How long might these OTC meds retain their potency, if one were to stock up?
For people ABX's, it is one year; so I would assume the same. And its not that at one year they stop working all together, they just start losing some of their potency by a certain percent. If you look up the pharmacological information for each med, it will tell you how much is lost over what period of time. How long might these OTC meds retain their potency, if one were to stock up?
Can you give me an idea of what I should keep on hand for future? My chicks are young and I'm new to this but want to be prepared....stock up on your OTC antibiotics before June 2023.
