Female Duck Rubbing Wings And Panting ???

Hey. So I was just curious as to what this duck behavior meant ? I assume she might just be hot due to Louisiana weather (90 degrees today). She has access to a shaded area of the run, has a pool, and has access to fresh water. She’s eating and drinking normal and I gave her some peas I pulled out of the fridge to try and cool her down.

But she’s still panting and “rubbing” or gently flapping her wings out to the side. Any ideas or advice ?
