Feather follicle cyst help

Hi all!
Have a hen with what looks to be a pimple on her neck/head. Is this a feather follicle cyst and how do I treat it?

If she were mine, I would investigate it with a sterilized needle to see if there's a feather in there that needs to be worked out or plucked.
