They are quite large, I've never had chicks (aside from the chicks my broody hatched last year that colt got) only 6 week olds, but in comparison they are big little things for their ageHeavy looking chicks .

Good heavens, yes. Even poor quality English Orpingtons are miles above the poor excuse hatcheries churn out for Orpingtons.
