Hatching eggs need NPIP Certification, not USDA to go state, to state, or whatever.

Where are you trying to import/export to or from?

Health certificates come from (or are completed by) the veterinarian.. and can be used for any flock.. also sufficient to use for shipping without NPIP, according to my current understanding.. Link for the form..

NPIP.. actually doesn't test for many of the vertically transmitted diseases and is a false sense of security on many fronts.. IF that's the certification you're asking about. But also fairly easy to attain. NPIP breeders/facilities can be found/verified listed by state usually.

I live on small Caribbean island I am looking for someone in the USA that is willing to sell hatching eggs to me. I use a shipping company based in Florida to have the eggs air shipped to me by plane.

Was it you that posted similar topics a few weeks ago? Unfortunately, no individuals are going to have a usda certification, but a egg farm hatchery might.
