The buckeye is a wonderful breed that can serve tremendously in the exhibition arena as well as on the farm setting. Much discussion has been made regarding the breed inside the exhibition arena and this is a great place to discuss how the utility buckeye stands apart from the exhibition buckeye. One question that I often get is how can a person get a bird on Champion Row? That and many more questions will hopefully be addressed in the forum!

Joining. I raise Buckeyes, and they quickly made their way to the top of my list of favourites. I have a very small group, and I'm aiming to improve what I've got, as they are so rare here in Eastern Canada.

I am not in love with my male's comb, but second generation has really improved. I won't use him again if his sons are better type.

He's 21 weeks in this one.

I need to get some older photos of my girls. They are looking rough now because of breeding season and my low female to male ratio. I just love them though.
