ERROR - Aw, Snap! Error

So I've tried this on a lot of browsers. When I go to upload a picture it shows this error message. I only want to post a picture of both of my ducks. Can somebody please fix this error?
I have tried FireFox, Bing, and Google Chrome.

Bing wouldn't even load the picture, and there was no error screen. Instead, it just exited the page. Firefox did the same thing. I have tried to post the picture on another thread, did the exact same thing. Tried a different picture, same thing. I have seen other people posting on the thread, so it's not the thread, I'm pretty sure. I do that and also I tried clicking the picture of the mountains and sun right by the emoji.
