Either blood or intestinal lining in chick poop, please help!

We brought the chicks outside for an “outing” and it looks like there is some blood or intestinal lining in their poop. I’ve never had this before; blood is a sign of coccidiosis, correct?

They are otherwise acting fine:
 
That does look a little bloody. If you see more, or if any get lethargic and acting sick, I would treat them with Corid. Dosage for an outbreak is 2 tsp (10 ml) per gallon of water for 5-7 days. It is safe to use, even if they don’t have coccidiosis.
