Hello, I have a question about the Eglu cube and whether or not it will fit a brahma?

I currently have x2 silkies, welsummer, wheaten maran and a legbar. Would a brahma be able to fit in the cube with them comfortably? And does it have any problems nesting and getting in and out of the cube?

Would like to hear from people who owns brahma and a cube please.

An Eglu Cube is only 9 square feet -- only enough room for 2 1/2 full-size chickens or 4-5 bantams. :(

Like other makers of prefab coops, Eglu wildly exaggerates how many chickens fit in their coops. :(

The usual space guidelines are that every adult, standard-size hen should have:

4 square feet in the coop,
10 square feet in the run,
1 linear foot of roost space,
and 1 square foot of ventilation.
