This is very difficult issue to explain but all three of my ducks have more fluff than feathers on their neck not like they’ve been hurt by another duck as they all have it and when i checked on them yesterday one was struggling to keep its eye open

Do you have any male ducks? Usually stuff on the back of their necks could be from males trying to breed, or they could’ve gotten their feathers stuck on something, or even they could be molting. Did anything get in their coop? Could’ve been a predator as well.

How old are your ducks? have you seen mating or play mating in the pool? any discharge from the eye? any other signs they maybe sick
I have 2 hatched in august last year and the other in March this year. We have no males. Actually one has been struggling with there eye and

you can see the feathers have fallen out they are all over the coop

No males there has been a mink but that would have killed them

Likely a predator then, since ones eye seems hurt. Is there’s no males. Do your ducks ever “fight”? I doubt it, ducks don’t usually fight unless they want something. But it could be a predator.

No fighting but we have some fat rats why would the feathers keep coming out then

Many ducks are currently molting this time of year (mine included). The duck feathers all over and missing feathers on various parts of the body is usually a good indicator. The eye more than likely is from a different issue entirely. If her eye continues to bother her and a vet is not an option, Terramycin is an antibiotic ointment for eyes that is safe for poultry. I don't know what stores carry it in person, but I buy mine from:
