Duck eggs day 26 pipped on the wrong end

Thank you so much for your reply

Can I make the hole the same spot there it pipped ? Is it okay if I just peel off the shell part and open the membrane ?

I am a little worried as it hasn't made any progress or movement that I can see in the last almost 24 hours :( hope he didn't die in the shell

As for the other one pipped on the wrong end. Does the membrane look dry ?
It is not stuck on him or anything just feel like little peeled off the side of the shell
Shall I wet it ? It's still aborbing yolk as I can see his bill shake and open.
I didn’t wet my membrane at all
When my babies did hatch they were not dried inside the egg
Not stuck
The one that’s been 24 hours may take up to 48
If the air cell is smaller they will external pip faster as they need air but take longer to zip
If the air cell is big they may not external pip as fast
Some babies just get excited and pip faster then others
You can candle him to see if he is moving still
Edit to add
I just went back and looked at the picture
His pip is a little low closer to the end of the egg. I had this happen this batch I just did and had to help them out but they took longer just candle the egg above the air cell markings. You should be able to see veins as baby will have moved into the air cell more opening room into the egg to see

Do you mean the one that pipped on the wrong end ?
It will be 24 hours this afternoon
If he doesn't make any more progress I may help him tonight when the kids go to bed

I end up peel the two pieces of shell off the first one that pipped and poke a hole through the membrane
They do have pretty decent air cell tho for most of the eggs

No the wrong end baby won’t need help for at least 48 hours
We have ti add the 24 hour step they miss of the air cell to that first pip
I would leave it be till 48 hours minimum
My wrong ends take 52-60 hours
So don’t rush it as long as it has air it’s good

I'm so nervous about taking them out of the Bator afraid I'll shrink wrap them
I'll opened up the pip now so I'll leave him there for now till tonight if he doesn't progress I'll help him

What about the one pipped over 24 hours ago ? My first pip. She hasn't made any progress at all
I now have all but two pipped and one hatched

What kinda waterer do you use for ducklings ?

So my first pipped egg still never made any progress.
Shall I wait to help it ? I have three hatched out already and almost all external pipped except for 2 that I can't quite see anything

It’s been longer then 24 hours for the one in the air cell end ?
Candle the egg above the air cell and look for veins
If they are gone you can take baby out
If you can’t see or tell them slowly start the assist
Take a little shell around the pip area and see what the membrane looks like
Check to see if baby is still chewing

Yes it has been over 24 hours for that one and the first pipped egg.
Will the humidity drop hurt the eggs ?
I have a bunch of them pipped and some are zipping
