Thankfully it's not every year here, and for some reason the past couple of autumns the invasions of both species have been minimal.

I think the past two years have been the worst. I vacuum and they are back just as bad the next day.

Morning ya'll. Actually up at a decent time today. Hope hubby recuperates quickly cheepteach. Sun is shining, all is right with the world today. Coffee brewing. Gonna have french toast this am I think. Keto diet absolutely history. I did get some hydrated lime and am gonna try and preserve my abundance of eggs. The hens have really taken off. I average 5-7 eggs a day. I really can't eat that many ( even giving one each to the dogs). So I will see how preserving them goes this winter.
Need to clean the coop today and clean and refill the waterer. Still too wet to mow, but the weeds have really taken off with all the rain. As soon as things dry up...
