I'm not sure how this happened and luckily no bleeding, but not only is the end of his beak missing, it is significantly cracked down both sides of his upper beak.

he is using it normally but I am worried it might fall apart, get further damaged.

what would be the best way of managing it? or should I just watch and wait?

Hi! His beak tip will most likely grow back. I’m the meantime, make sure he is getting enough to eat and drink. Deep dishes of soft food like oatmeal and feed mixed with water will help. Does he look like he is in pain?

thanks, I will do. I don't think he is in pain - he is preening and scavenging and even pecked me like usual!

not acting quiet or any different to usual thankfully.
