you could do PVC pipe.just get in the size that will fit your chickens.This is a cheaper option to.

@Alabama Jack made two runs with a 'chunnel' between. I'm actually planning on adopting his design to make a second run for my chickies.

Are you describing a tube rather than a half circle tunnel? Seems a tube would be so easy- just make it whatever height and length you want given the size fencing you buy. Any ideas on this appreciated.

Yes, a tube is what I described in post#10.
I still use my tunnels occasionally, but I have mostly switched to a couple of large yards. My flock size increased and it was easier than moving things around every few days.
