Chicken barn

My husband is going to build me a 12x24 chicken barn this spring!
Does anyone have any tips or advice? I have several chicken coops but I wanted on big one for my show birds.
It will have electricity and we're talking about heat options now. I'm only planning on keeping it around 32 degrees to keep the frostbite off of the single comb breeds.
Probably 4 or 5 "stalls" inside for different breeds/varieties.
Any and all advice welcome.
Or does any one know where I can find building plans?

Look for a book called "Modern Fresh Air Poultry Houses" by Prince T. Woods. You can google for online versions. Several people including myself have built a smaller version of the Woods colony house, half monitor style coop.
The book includes a section on the longer houses that might be what you are consider, just not so big.
