Chick with slipped tendon or spraddle leg?

Hi,
Would anyone know if this chick has slipped tendons or spraddle legs?
It’s 3 days old, has never been on a slippery surface, and yet hatched like this.
I did think it had spraddle leg but after 48 hours of being in a hobble there is no improvement and it can’t stand up at all. It gets around quite fast on its hocks though and all else seems fine.
If there is anything else I can do to help it I’d like to.

Is the tendon in the center of the joint?

If it's not a slipped tendon I would create a brace between its legs so that it holds its legs together. Ive used a small strip of masking tape to hold legs close to neutral distance apart for a couple days. Making sure chick is staying clean and healthy.
