I would be very cautious when using colloidal silver for an infection like that. In the event that you do use antibiotics it can reduce the effectiveness of the antibiotic. And colloidal silver in general is usually only used medically on a burn or open wound/infection, not a closed pocket of infection. Saline solution as a flush would probably work better to clean out any goop around the eye. Your picture is sadly a little too dark to make out many details...
Does the eye smell bad? Was she pecked in the eye, or have you ever seen a respiratory infection in another chicken before? I would try to press out any pus around the eye each day. When doing that, rinse the eye with saline, and apply Terramycin or Neosporin ointment into the eye twice a day. While doing all this look for any foreign body in the eyelids. An antibiotic, such as SMZ-TMP might be helpful.
