Chick pipped at day 17

Hi there! Totally new to this... although I have had chickens for about 5 years now. I decided to incubate some eggs for myself this year instead of buying them. Of course, on my first attempt, I have a chick who pipped at day 17 (yesterday) and since this morning it has been trying to zip. Its been working on it since about 7am, its now 4:30pm... Having done some reading online, it says to just leave it, and it will eventually make its way out. Does anyone have any guidance? Appreciate your time!
