Hanging in there! Went to the chiropractor and feel better than I have in a few days. Shoveling tends to pull my spine out of alignment, so I really needed this.

I’m okay. Had another weird dream last night but otherwise good. No urges or anything in like a week so that’s good. I went to the grocery store yesterday and didn’t even think of getting anything.
