That is an individual animal question, not a breed question. I have Callducks that will grab a piece of skin on your hand, and bite down and actually twist their heads.. It hurts quite a bit. I also have specimens that have never once even thought of biting.
My female call will try and bite you when you pick up her drake, but the drake is an angel and hasn't ever offered to bite. Just depends on the duck.

Yeah...unlike the ganders, the drakes are really easy going. I've about had it with hissing, threatening ganders!
