It was stuck to the inside of my leggings. And I did indeed find it after I had to take a pee!

How is Bella's heart condition, did you get her tested yet? Will she be able to enjoy the beach and help you rescuing all the horseshoe crabs like last time?

How is Bella's heart condition, did you get her tested yet? Will she be able to enjoy the beach and help you rescuing all the horseshoe crabs like last time?

I haven't had her tested yet. She's only had two other mild episodes since then. You would never know there was anything wrong to look at her.
And I also think that I got this random right leg limping under control with some joint supplements. Every time I would let her run as hard as she wanted on the hikes, she would get up that night and the following morning limping pretty severely on her front right leg. She doesn't do that anymore.

My doctor gave me a trigger point injection in the piriformis muscle immediately over the sciatic nerve. I was fairly freaked out over the entire procedure as it was so abrupt I didn't have time to prepare myself. And I have a Band-Aid lost in my underwear somewhere!

Hope you get some relief.

Good morning Cafè.Coffee is ready.

Well the gabapentin and muscle relaxer worked well until it wore off in the middle of the night so I took another set at 3:00 in the morning. I think it was a little bit better this morning picking up the coffee pot but not much. I just took another pair along with my full dose of the first day of my steroid step down dose. Now I'm waiting for it to kick it in before I finish packing and start to load the car. And I still have to do the chickens. But I have plenty of time before I have to leave.

I hope everyone has a great day and we all can see the light show tonight.

Good morning and thanks for the hot coffee!
It cleared off late afternoon and so we got to see it looking like a sunrise that occasionally had some slight color change. It was not a ribbonry light. I think there is another chance to watch tonight. My decks are frosty and slick this morning.
