Yes, they burn and hurt like hell.

Last November the shingles got me appearing on my right temple and around my right eye and I still feel the burning and get headache some days although the blisters disappeared after 10 days.

Wishing you a swift recovery!

This is on the right side of my face and around the eye.

Coffee is ready.

Yesterday was some much needed therapy.
I got a lot of necessary paperwork and phone calls done in the morning then I took sis out in the afternoon. After I got home I ran the dogs in the warm sunshine, cleaned the coop then did a bunch of cooking to get ready for the work week. Just moving always makes me feel better and it's not like I don't already know this. It's finding enough energy and motivation to get moving in the first place instead wallowing in the grief.

Hopefully, today will be a good day too.

Good morning and thanks for the coffee! Frosty and cold out there. I am roasting some bones for beef broth and will get that going before taking my neighbor to her cancer doc appt.
They are still saying, "Maybe on an impactful snow" for this weekend.
At least the horse-sitting stint should be over if it is a biggie! LOL!
