Good morning Cafè. Coffee is ready.

Missed sunrise this morning. Slept in. We hiked over 2 hrs total up and down the beach yesterday.
Quick stroll this morning and spotted these eagle tracks on the beach. I wear a size 8.

Good morning and thanks for the coffee!
I am taking my friend to her first PT after knee replacement surgery. This could be interesting but at least the snow is gone from her house. Apparently there is a wheelchair which I will push or drag up the hill to her car if needed.
I will proceed to "eat my wheaties" and get on with the day.
