Bumblefoot

I've got a seven year old hen who has bumblefoot. Never dealt with it before. Some of you might know this hen from all the other trouble she's caused. (Buddy? Does that name ring a bell?)
I'll get some photos soon.
I noticed she was limping yesterday. I wrapped it and put iodine on it. Today I bathed it in salt water, tried to get the scab off (Failed), and put more iodine on it.
On her other foot she has a raw spot, but I'm putting iodine on that too, just to make sure it doesn't turn into bumblefoot.

It's probably the size of my little finger's nail. Approximately 1 cm big.

Anyone have experience with this? We're going away in 2 day too. Of course! That's the best time to get bumblefoot Buddy!
