They're Pearl Star Leghorns. Which actually aren't Leghorns at all.

It's definitely odd that they are calling them "Leghorns" if they come from that cross!

Mine are redder some have lace pattern. Pretty birds but huge!

I have some similar pullets that I too was trying to figure out. Brownish red black tail white ears. How long have you had yours? Are they friendly?

They are quite friendly. I thought they were a mix of Welsummer and leghorn, but I see a reply below that they are Pearl Star Leghorns? I'm going to Google that now.

I got them March 14, I'm guessing they were less than a week old at the time

But where do the white earlobes come from if they are that cross?

I have always wondered that. Maybe they're lying about the cross? The hatchery themselves says that's the cross they use.

It's not gonna happen.
I skimmed but if these were a Rock X Sussex why would they lay cream white eggs, have yellow skin or white lobes.
I'd guess they are a brown leghorn cross.
