Bird Seed?

Just wondering if I could give this stuff to my girls as a treat? Would they even like it?

I'm thinking of the stuff they sell in the store packaged as "wild bird seed"... it has tons of seeds in it, including sunflower (still in the shell).

Hi I mix black sun flower seeds in with my cracked corn as alittle extra. They seem to like it wild bird seed I mix in from time to time with my chick starter for my lareger chicks and they really like that. Oh they also like peanuts that you get at the feed store for squrial food they fight over those. It turns into a huge game of keep away. Hope this helps

Do you give them peanuts in the shell or out of it?
