I don't know. I know it's just art and could be appreciated by many, but I struggle with getting the whole clock fighting thing out of my head when reminded of it.

that is true. I would be horrified I think to attend an actual cock fight. But they remain beautiful birds, and the activity is based on their natural behavior. Still... It's a beautiful design for a book plate.

I don't see the appeal but that's not the point, I try not to judge others cultures off of my cultures standards, it's bigoted behavior to do so
