Barred Rock Pullets or Cockerels?

Hi everyone! I'm new to chickens and wondering if anyone can help with these barred rock chicks. Thanks!

The pictures are there, they're very young though. Thinking they may be Cuckoo Marans instead too. I would say the sixth is a cockerel and last two pullets however, tentatively of course

Oh, I see them now, for some reason it doesn't always show pics at first on my phone Sometimes they never show, but I can see them now. I agree to early, but 6 holds itself very upright.

I'm sorry I was having a hard time getting the pics to attach correct. There are 6 total. We bought them as straight run barred rock. I was guessing #4 as cockerel, his comb is more pronounced then the others and he is a bit lighter.

Barred rock chicks are supposed to have yellow legs with maybe some grey outlining. Pink legs sound like cuckoo maran to me, I think you may be right.

One of my 4 week old Barred Rocks, ill check feet tommorow, but I'm pretty sure these are barred rocks, if it helps.

What I was always told with the barred breeds is that If they look dark with light markings they are female. If they are lighter with dark markings they are male. With the barred babies we've raised, it's been proven that way for us. Looking at your pictures, I'd say the 4th and maybe the 3rd one are male. In a couple weeks the color differences should be obvious. Good luck with them. Very cute babies.

Thank you! I was thinking the same thing. #3 has confused me since coming home. Fingers crossed for mostly pullets
